Walter Taylor is a real estate investment platform focused on mid market business critical real estate assets. We are long term holders of assets with the intention to proactively optimise the assets over time in line with our tenant’s evolving requirements and as surrounding infrastructure, social and demographic change occur.
Walter Taylor is part of the Wattlestone group of companies, a diversified investment company with interests spanning energy, technology, financial and real estate.
We own and continue to invest in, improve and manage our assets. We see the users of our properties as true partners and look to build long term relationships to support their operational needs.

Andrew Northcott
DIRECTOR
Andrew is a business leader having established multiple successful businesses across a range of sectors including workforce management, technology, agriculture, tourism and real estate. These ventures have delivered exceptional investor returns over a 20 year period.
Andrew holds a bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology (completed with Golden Key Academic excellence), past alumni of the year award recipient and is a Harvard Business School graduate.
Richelle Power
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Richelle is the Chief Financial Officer of Walter Taylor. Richelle is a Certified Practising Accountant and responsible for the financial management of the group, including assessing and monitoring the underlying performance of the individual assets.
Prior to joining Walter Taylor, Richelle held various CFO roles in private companies and has experience in taxation, ASX listed companies and local government (AUS and UK). During her 23 years experience, Richelle has acquired extensive experience with both SMEs and large, complex groups involving business reviews, performance evaluations, financial modelling and restructurings.
Grant Whittaker
DIRECTOR
Grant has more than 40 years’ experience in the Australian Commercial Property market. He is a former director of Knight Frank Australia and Managing Director of Knight Frank Queensland, holding each position for more than 15 years. The Commercial Office and Retail markets have been active sectors for Grant during his career. His experience extends to Industrial site identification and acquisition, development planning, lease structuring and investment packaging. Grant has his own Property Consulting business, built from his extensive contact network created throughout his career. He is a qualified property valuer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
Robert Northcott
DIRECTOR
Robert has an extensive background across a range of real estate sectors including CEO of Mirvac Queensland and a non-executive director of ASX listed Balmoral Corporation Limited. He is an Executive Director of Austpec Pty Ltd which he founded in 1986 and has been responsible for the creation and management of a wide range of property development projects and is a qualified lawyer and valuer.
Alex Dignam
DIRECTOR
Alex is a corporate finance and capital markets executive with 17 years experience gained through various roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank in Sydney. His most recent role was as Managing Director, Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at UBS for Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his investment banking career, Alex worked on over 130 transactions, advising small, mid-cap and large companies in relation to acquisitions, divestments, capital structure changes, equity and debt raisings as well as equity derivatives. This advice has spanned a broad range of sectors, including industrials, financials, infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate.
