Andrew Northcott

DIRECTOR

Andrew is a business leader having established multiple successful businesses across a range of sectors including workforce management, technology, agriculture, tourism and real estate. These ventures have delivered exceptional investor returns over a 20 year period.

Andrew holds a bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology (completed with Golden Key Academic excellence), past alumni of the year award recipient and is a Harvard Business School graduate.

Liam O’Sullivan

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Liam has over 10 years of experience in finance, predominantly within professional services at Deloitte and PwC across Australia and the United Kingdom.

As a Chartered Accountant, he possesses extensive accounting knowledge, with a focus on corporate finance and transaction services.

In addition to these roles, Liam has led the finance team for multiple companies across telecommunications and business services.

Grant Whittaker

DIRECTOR

Grant has more than 40 years’ experience in the Australian Commercial Property market. He is a former director of Knight Frank Australia and Managing Director of Knight Frank Queensland, holding each position for more than 15 years. The Commercial Office and Retail markets have been active sectors for Grant during his career. His experience extends to Industrial site identification and acquisition, development planning, lease structuring and investment packaging. Grant has his own Property Consulting business, built from his extensive contact network created throughout his career. He is a qualified property valuer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

Robert Northcott

DIRECTOR

Robert has an extensive background across a range of real estate sectors and operations including CEO of Mirvac Queensland and a non-executive director of ASX listed Balmoral Corporation Limited. He is an Executive Director of Austpec which he founded in 1986 and has been responsible for the creation and management of a wide range of property development projects. Robert is a qualified lawyer and valuer.

Alex Dignam

DIRECTOR

Alex is a corporate finance and capital markets executive with 17 years experience gained through various roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank in Sydney. His most recent role was as Managing Director, Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at UBS for Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his investment banking career, Alex worked on over 130 transactions, advising small, mid-cap and large companies in relation to acquisitions, divestments, capital structure changes, equity and debt raisings as well as equity derivatives. This advice has spanned a broad range of sectors, including industrials, financials, infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate.

Amanda Cornford

PROPERTY MANAGER

Amanda is the principal Property Manager for Walter Taylor. Amanda holds a BA (Psychology). She brings extensive administrative and operational expertise in the management of high-net-worth assets including private investments and property portfolios. Amanda is responsible for the management of Walter Taylor’s commercial and residential properties.

For 15 years prior to joining Walter Taylor, Amanda was largely based in Europe providing both administrative management and operational support to multiple private and corporate owned superyachts. Amanda also brings local real estate knowledge through her involvement with her family owned / operated real estate based in North Queensland.
