Wattlestone, the Northcott family’s investment vehicle has a long history in real estate, with dating back to Andrew’s grandfather and father, Fred and Robert Northcott, establishing a leading valuation and development operation in Adelaide, South Australia.
Walter Taylor’s focus is on value add cash generating commercial assets within South East Queensland, with the initial asset being located in Banyo just 12 km north of the Brisbane CBD. Walter Taylor have entered into a new long term lease with the existing tenant and looking to develop and expand the purpose built facilities on the site.
