Grant has more than 40 years' experience in the Australian commercial property market. He is a former director of Knight Frank Australia and Managing Director of Knight Frank Queensland, holding each position for more than 15 years. His experience extends to industrial site identification and acquisition, development planning, lease structuring and investment packaging, and he runs his own property consulting business built from an extensive contact network. Grant is a qualified property valuer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

Robert has an extensive background across a range of real estate sectors, including as CEO of Mirvac Queensland and a non-executive director of ASX-listed Balmoral Corporation Limited. He is an Executive Director of Austpec Pty Ltd, which he founded in 1986, and has been responsible for the creation and management of a wide range of property development projects. Robert is a qualified lawyer and valuer.

Alex is a corporate finance and capital markets executive with 17 years' experience gained through various roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank in Sydney. His most recent role was Managing Director, Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at UBS for Australia and New Zealand. Across his investment-banking career Alex worked on more than 130 transactions, advising small, mid-cap and large companies on acquisitions, divestments, capital-structure changes, and equity and debt raisings across industrials, financials, infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate.

Amanda is the Principal Property Manager for Walter Taylor and the first point of contact for our tenant partners. She holds a BA (Psychology) and brings extensive administrative and operational expertise managing high-net-worth assets, including private investments and property portfolios. Amanda spent 15 years providing administrative and operational support to private and corporate superyachts across Europe, and brings local real-estate knowledge through family-owned operations in North Queensland.
