Walter Taylor welcomes Grant Whittaker to the board. Grant joins the group having spent more than 40 years in the Australian property market. Grant is a former director of Knight Frank Australia and Managing Director of Knight Frank Queensland, holding each position for more than 15 years. The Commercial Office and Retail markets have been active sectors for Grant during his career. His experience extends to Industrial site identification and acquisition, development planning, lease structuring and investment packaging. Grant has his own Property Consulting business, built from his extensive contact network created throughout his career. He is a qualified property valuer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
